I started out wanting to play guitar.
My parents took me to a local music school and they recommended I start with piano since my hands were too small (age 5) and I could learn the fundamentals of music nicely on the piano.
I played piano for 7 years.
I quit because I was tired of it and ready to return to my first love: guitar.
I took guitar lessons for a year and quit.
Every now and then I find a song that I want to learn on the piano and work on it.
Currently I’m occasionally working on a “I Can’t Make You Love Me” cover by Bon Iver.

katy perry, i liked you before you brought bon iver into the conversation
how are you going to spend it?
three beautiful things:
1) had my tatto consult today and my tattoo artist is wonderful!!! as an artist and a person

2) we scheduled dates for my tattoo (bon iver related obvi) and the final session IS ON JUSTIN VERNON’S BIRTHDAY! can we talk about crazy coincidences or what??

3) i only had to mildly rearrange my class schedule so that it lined up with when i told him i was available.

in conclusion:

I hope I never relate to this song on this level of pain.
